This year, on November 2 we celebrate World Ballet Day! The organizers, The Royal Ballet and The Australian Ballet announced that will be an impressive number of events streamed online, including shows, rehearsals, workshops, interviews with great choreographers and dancers.

Marta had attended the „Octavian Stroia” ballet school in Cluj-Napoca (Romania, from 1996 – 2000), before joining and graduating from the „Floria Capsali” ballet school, Bucharest in 2005. Before joining the Ballet of the Croatian National Theater Ivana pl. Zajca in 2008., she was working at the National Theater in Bucharest (2005-2007), Slovenian National Theatre Maribor (2007-2008) and toured with the project „Kylian to the Balkans“.
Marta has collborated with choreographers such as Patrick Delcroix, Hugo Viera, Staša Zurovac, Dinko Bogdanić, Ronald Savković, Maša Kolar, Leo Mujić, Raza Hammadi, Balazs Baranyai,Giuseppe Spota, Gina Patterson, Maura Bigonzetti,Mauro de Candia,Andonis Foniadakis, Dougals Lee…
Among her most significant roles are: Snow Queen in „Nutcracker” by Ronald Savkovic, Spider Fairy in „The Midsummer Night’s Dream“ by Leo Mujic, and various duets she performed within the “Soul Mirror” by Patrick Delcroix. For the role of Spider Fairy Marta won the Audience Award for the best female achievement in the ballet program of the CNT Ivana pl. Zajc during the season 2015/2016.
